Coffee gelatin with thin mints. This was the most delicious jello I’ve ever made. In other news, I’m posting regularly on my new blog, jelloflesh.tumblr.com, though if you’re not in to close up pictures of my contorted face, it’s probably not the best place to go.
This is really exciting, my first foray into savory gelatin! Not as gross as aspic, but I’m getting there. This is called a shrimp mousse, and if you want the recipe, just send me a message. You want the recipe, this may look like puke, but it tastes awesome.
I made this a long time ago, but it appears to be strawberry jello with apples inside, garnished with pineapple and a maraschino cherry. It was sort of okay, nothing super special. The garnish was cute.
I made a brain jello and only my psych teacher has a picture of it. There was also a massive yellow star pinata at my house, and peach/strawberry jello shots, but I didn’t photograph those either. Just got a working camera and everything, dang.
This is mellon Jell-o brand gelatin with tonic water and citrus soda. The tonic cut the sweetness, but I’d only ever recommend adding it if you like the flavor, it overpowered the mellon.
